How long does Zajecicka Horka work?
When used for constipation, it's important to know how long Zajecicka works. Its mechanical effect occurs at the moment the bowel contents are diluted, when bowel movements occur naturally. With large doses of more than 200-300 ml, the effect begins after just half an hour; with very small doses of less than 100 ml, for example, it only becomes apparent the next morning.
In general, the effective dose is determined by the user by gradually increasing the dose from 100ml to 50ml upwards.
