The Vincentka nasal rinse salt 300 ml contains a natural, highly mineralized concentrate for rinsing the nasal cavities.

 Recommended application:
 
 
 
 Measuring the concentrate - Using a measuring cup, pour 20 ml of concentrate into the plastic sinks.
 
 
 Refill water - Fill the plastic sink jugs with approx. 230 ml of lukewarm or boiled water (approx. 37 °C).
 
 
 Nasal irrigation - Tilt the plastic irrigation can upwards so that the solution flows spontaneously through the inside of the nose and out through the other nostril.
 
 
 Runny nose - Sniff gently to remove any remaining solution, resulting in a relaxed nose.
