Each effervescent tablet contains 1,000 mg of Karlovy Vary geyser salt obtained from mineral water from the thermal springs of Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic. Tube contains 20 tablets.
 
Directions: dissolve one tablet in 250 ml of warm water and stir until fully dissolved. Take up to 2–3 times daily, approximately 30 minutes before meals, or as advised by a healthcare professional.
 
Warnings: not suitable for children under 12. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
