0.1 to 0.4 liters (1/2 to 2 cups) in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before bedtime. Starting at 0.2 liters, it has a laxative effect. Taking it before bedtime does not cause adverse effects, as it does not produce unpleasant gas and is only expelled the next morning. When using it, ensure adequate fluid intake, such as herbal teas, spring water, or drinking spa water.
