Free shipping within Germany for orders over 150 EUR.

 

For example, shipping to Germany looks like this:

 

• up to 10 kg – 6 EUR

• up to 20 kg – 11 EUR

• up to 30 kg – 18 EUR

• free of charge from 150 EUR

 

Shipping costs for other countries are displayed in the shopping cart.

 

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (local time) will be processed the same day.

We ship to various countries. Delivery times are given in working days—please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days .

 

In some cases, slight deviations from the stated delivery times may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., holidays, delays with logistics companies, customs clearance, weather conditions, etc.). However, our team is committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

 

We supply customers worldwide with commercial quantities of our products.

For other countries or larger quantities, please contact us directly by email or contact form.

 

Please ensure that the shipping address (recipient) is entered correctly. Returning the item to the sender will cost €6.90 for Germany and €12.90 for the rest of the EU.

 

When the ordered goods are handed over to the freight forwarder, the risk of accidental loss passes to the buyer.

The risk of transport is borne by the freight forwarder from the moment of takeover.

 

Pay attention to any damage upon receipt; this must be reported to the freight forwarder immediately and documented.
